About the role

  • Purchasing Clerk at KHG GmbH managing supplier data and collaborating with sales. Ensuring proper order confirmations and updating article information in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Close collaboration within the purchasing team with sales, suppliers and the advertising agency
  • Entering, maintaining and verifying product/item data
  • Checking and recording order confirmations
  • Ongoing updates of supplier and product master data
  • Maintaining promotional pricing and important return notes
  • Point of contact (m/f/x) for sales and retail

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or initial experience in purchasing or office administration
  • Career starters or career changers (m/f/x), ideally with completed commercial vocational training
  • Strong communication skills
  • Teamwork
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, strong commitment and flexibility
  • Ability to quickly understand and engage with complex processes
  • German (at least C1), English and Polish (ideally B2)
