- Develop and present comprehensive analytics—including reports, dashboards and presentations—to diagnose issues, identify risks and shape strategic decision-making
- Lead and support project management for analytical model development, process improvements and other analytics initiatives
- Solve complex business problems using structured and unstructured quantitative data, prioritizing top opportunities for improving sales performance and productivity
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and program teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, strategy or a related field
- Exceptional communication, data storytelling and business problem-solving skills
- Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership
- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and databases; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Thinkcell, Power BI) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to turn quantitative and qualitative analysis into actionable recommendations and business strategies
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and functions
