Responsibilities
Establish best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for literature screening activities
Oversee and coordinate all literature screening activities with a focus on quality and accuracy
Ensures effective communication of findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation measures
Set clear goals and objectives aligned with departmental and organizational objectives
Lead the creation of training programs for new recruits
Assess the performance of trainees and keep training records and documentation in a state ready for audit
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
Minimum 7 Years of Relevant Experience
Experience with commercial and client-specific biomedical literature databases
Related experience in drug safety/ pharmacovigilance is required
Writing skills to support the creation of succinct, accurate, and precise summaries
Working knowledge of biomedical terminology, drugs, and therapeutic areas
Certification from a professional medical writer’s association is a plus
Effective time management skills
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
