Support the financial analysis for the Lebreton Flats initiative by working with internal and external stakeholders on a consolidated analytical plan.
Serve as a trusted advisor across the organization as an internal strategic and financial consultant.
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, compelling presentations for senior management and ownership groups.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Must have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience in building Excel Macros (VBA)
Critical thinking; can quickly understand the key components of a complex business issue and focus analytical time on the highest value drivers.
Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment where priorities can change; able to adapt to new challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret large amounts of financial and non-financial data and summarize it to present meaningful information to various levels of management.
Keen to adapt to a dynamic business environment, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
3+ years experience in financial and strategic analysis, either in a full-time role or through internships.
