About the role

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach a team of high-performing AE’s within several EMEA regions
  • Identify and engage high-potential customers, developing personalized strategies that drive new business and revenue growth
  • Foster a culture of continuous development through deal reviews, collaborative coaching, and skill-building sessions to strengthen sales acumen and deepen knowledge of Webflow’s value proposition
  • Ensure the team executes efficiently and effectively against target accounts, leveraging marketing resources, inbound signals, and regional insights to inform outreach and deal strategy
  • Drive accountability to daily/weekly sales activities and pipeline health, while motivating the team to consistently exceed ambitious growth targets
  • Accurately report on business performance, providing clear forecasts against monthly and quarterly goals
  • Own and optimize sales processes in the region, establishing local best practices that scale effectively across the EMEA market
  • Build strong partnerships with local Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Marketing counterparts to ensure alignment on pipeline quality, follow-up, and regional revenue success
  • Act decisively and independently to resolve challenges and keep the team on track to hit key business objectives
  • Be in office 3 days per week with your team to foster an energized, coaching-focused, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in a European language
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience, including direct AE leadership, with a proven track record of driving team performance and revenue growth
  • Strong belief in multi-channel, relationship-driven sales strategies, with phone, video, and digital engagement at the core of building trust and closing deals
  • Experience owning cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to align on content, talk tracks, execution, and lead/pipeline optimization
  • Thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously, making decisions and taking actions that align with global go-to-market priorities
  • Possess deep familiarity with Salesforce.com, sales automation platforms (e.g., Outreach or Salesloft), and emerging AI-driven sales tools—and ideally have leveraged data-driven insights to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Possess a passion for developing people, are skilled at giving constructive feedback, and strive to foster a high-performing, motivated, and energized team culture
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
