About the role

  • Build, refine, and manage high-quality invitation lists aligned to client ICPs, ensuring the right decision-makers attend each dinner
  • Draft and adapt outreach messaging; run A/B tests and tailor communications for different industries and seniority levels
  • Track RSVP and attendance performance, analyzing trends to optimize future campaigns
  • Own campaign KPIs and ensure each event meets or exceeds agreed benchmarks for audience quality
  • Design engagement strategies to capture the attention of Fortune 500 executives, startup founders, and industry leaders
  • Act as primary campaign manager for select clients—participating in kickoff calls, translating goals into targeting strategies, and delivering reporting
  • Share progress and insights with professionalism and clarity, offering recommendations to strengthen client ROI
  • Maintain accurate trackers, revenue sheets, and event calendars
  • Partner with creative, venue, and event production teams to align outreach with branding and logistics
  • Collaborate closely with business development to ensure campaigns reflect client priorities and opportunities
  • Contribute to process improvement and the refinement of playbooks for campaign excellence
  • Assist in coordinating event logistics as needed to ensure seamless execution and bridge acquisition campaigns with on-the-ground delivery

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in audience acquisition, event marketing, campaign operations, or a related field
  • Strong background in audience targeting, list management, or demand generation
  • Excellent writing skills; able to craft and test outreach that resonates with senior executives
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Data-driven with experience turning insights into smarter targeting and messaging
  • Confident leading client calls and managing relationships
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce or similar) and campaign tracking tools
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Able to align with East Coast core hours
