About the role

  • Support estate assessment and identify areas for new growth
  • Recommend sales forecasts for new store locations
  • Manage forecasting tools and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with finance, customer, and real estate teams
  • Suggest improvements based on performance reviews
  • Evaluate impact of online growth on physical estate sales forecasting

Requirements

  • Catchment analysis and location planning experience in a retail environment
  • Use of GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis
  • Good communication skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience of grocery opening programmes in the convenience sector (desirable)
