About the role

  • Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload, providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and children through both in-person and telehealth sessions.
  • Deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care that reflects compassion, clinical skill, and professional accountability.
  • Complete documentation promptly and accurately in accordance with Seasons’ standards and payer requirements.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, peer consultation, and case collaboration to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve client access, streamline care, and strengthen the practice.
  • Uphold Seasons’ commitment to integrity, reliability, and genuine care in every client interaction.

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or social work from an accredited program
  • Active Florida license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD) in good standing
  • Demonstrated experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or children
  • Commitment to maintaining a balanced caseload that includes both in-person and telehealth sessions, based on client needs
  • Availability for at least two in-office afternoon or evening shifts per week (typically 3–8 PM), when client demand is highest
  • Reliability, professionalism, and accountability in meeting clinical, documentation, and scheduling expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, clinical judgment, and ethical standards
  • Comfort using electronic health record and communication systems to support organized, compliant care delivery.
