Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure the company complies with all applicable legal, regulatory and industry standards, analyzing potential changes and adjusting processes to avoid penalties or legal issues.
Develop, review and implement policies, procedures and codes of conduct that define the company's standards of behavior and actions, aligning them with legal requirements and market best practices.
Plan and deliver training sessions, workshops and internal campaigns to ensure all employees understand the organization's rules, policies and ethical expectations, promoting a culture of responsibility and integrity.
Conduct audits, process reviews and periodic assessments to identify deviations or inconsistencies in compliance with internal rules and policies, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
University degree in Law with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Postgraduate degree or specialization in related areas.
Experience in the field.
Intermediate English (fluency considered a plus).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Power BI is desirable.
Availability to work in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo.
