About the role

  • Monitor and ensure the company complies with all applicable legal, regulatory and industry standards, analyzing potential changes and adjusting processes to avoid penalties or legal issues.
  • Develop, review and implement policies, procedures and codes of conduct that define the company's standards of behavior and actions, aligning them with legal requirements and market best practices.
  • Plan and deliver training sessions, workshops and internal campaigns to ensure all employees understand the organization's rules, policies and ethical expectations, promoting a culture of responsibility and integrity.
  • Conduct audits, process reviews and periodic assessments to identify deviations or inconsistencies in compliance with internal rules and policies, proposing corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

  • University degree in Law with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in related areas.
  • Experience in the field.
  • Intermediate English (fluency considered a plus).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Power BI is desirable.
  • Availability to work in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo.
