Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
- Specialization or additional courses in Legal Management, Legal Controllership or Legal Operations preferred;
- Advanced English;
- Familiarity with legal digital transformation and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile);
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive presentations;
- Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Python or similar);
- Knowledge of legal provisions and their impact on financial results (CPC 25);
- Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and legal metrics;
- Basic accounting and cash flow knowledge;
- Experience with legal management systems such as ELAW and financial systems like SAP.
