• Legal Operations Manager at Tripledot Studios, aiding efficiency in the Global Legal Department. Role involves managing workflows, overseeing systems, and collaborating with finance on governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in projects involving the Legal Department.
• Manage the Legal Department workflows.
• Work on the improvement of processes and procedures.
• Oversee knowledge management systems and ensure effective document and contract management practices.
• Partner with the Finance Department to manage cross-functional projects.
• Support entity management and corporate governance activities, including maintaining subsidiary records, board materials, and filings.
• Manage relationships with external law firms and legal service providers.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience supporting legal teams, either in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong understanding of legal department functions and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms (e.g., Ironclad, Jira, etc.)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Business acumen, pragmatism and resourcefulness.
• Curiosity, excellence and positivity.
• Great work ethics and professionalism.
