About the role
- Assist in projects involving the Legal Department.
- Manage the Legal Department workflows.
- Work on the improvement of processes and procedures.
- Oversee knowledge management systems and ensure effective document and contract management practices.
- Partner with the Finance Department to manage cross-functional projects.
- Support entity management and corporate governance activities, including maintaining subsidiary records, board materials, and filings.
- Manage relationships with external law firms and legal service providers.
Requirements
- Meaningful experience supporting legal teams, either in-house or at a law firm.
- Strong understanding of legal department functions and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with legal technology platforms (e.g., Ironclad, Jira, etc.)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Business acumen, pragmatism and resourcefulness.
- Curiosity, excellence and positivity.
- Great work ethics and professionalism.
