Legal Director managing Trusts and Estates Disputes while providing high quality legal services across complex cases. Collaborating with clients, senior colleagues, and teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Responsibilities
running own case load efficiently and cost effectively and within strict service level agreements as required by the clients
assisting senior colleagues on a broad range of TED cases
advising clients about the strengths and weaknesses of their cases
handling a caseload of differing complexity
getting involved in business development activities, both individually and as part of the Bristol and national teams
attending and conducting client meetings
drafting and preparing court documents in a time sensitive manner
Requirements
a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in an administrative role gained within a legal or professional services environment
confidence with IT systems to include Microsoft Word and Excel
a minimum grade C pass at GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics
