Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the team, providing feedback, monitoring performance, and managing behavioral conduct.
  • Analyze metrics and propose action plans to drive efficiency and results.
  • Establish processes and management routines, ensuring organization and clarity of priorities.
  • Act in a consultative capacity in client relationships, presenting results and strategic solutions.
  • Ensure the technical quality of deliverables and adherence to internal and contractual guidelines.
  • Guide the team in decision-making and in the continuous pursuit of operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) and active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Previous experience coordinating legal teams (preferably in high-volume operations).
  • Strategic, organized, and communicative profile with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to make decisions autonomously and confidently.
  • Consultative approach and strong interpersonal skills.
