Responsibilities
Support analysts in the administrative and operational routines of the department;
Organize documents and verify information for company incorporations and amendments;
Perform registrations and updates in internal systems and with public authorities;
Assist with filing and tracking of processes;
Update controls, spreadsheets and deadline tracking;
Support client contact for collection of documents and information;
Ensure organization and progress of tasks according to team guidance.
Requirements
High school diploma;
Basic knowledge of Excel and administrative routines;
Organized, detail-oriented and eager to learn;
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Currently enrolled in higher education or a technical program in Administration, Accounting, Law or related fields (preferred);
Experience in administrative work, customer service, back office or operational routines (preferred);
Interest in developing a career in corporate services and business legalization.
