Provide administrative and operational support for legal processes and documentation.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and other documents related to Obligations and Contracts (Oblicon) and applicable US law provisions.
Conduct legal research and gather information as needed on local and US-related legal matters.
Organize and maintain case files, contracts, and other important legal documents.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding contractual obligations, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
Track legal deadlines, compliance requirements, and other key obligations.
Prepare reports, memoranda, and correspondence as needed.
Requirements
Knowledge or experience in Obligations and Contracts (Oblicon) under US law.
Familiarity with related US laws applicable to contracts and obligations.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Law degree, paralegal certification, or prior experience in legal operations.
Experience managing contracts or legal documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
