Responsibilities

driving EVMS implementations
improving EAC processes
assist in improving program execution
ensuring alignment to L3Harris Corporate policies
partner with and provide guidance to Program Managers, Technical Leads, and Division/Sector leadership related to financial performance
lead the improvement and streamlining of policies and procedures
responsible for influencing day-to-day execution of all financial activity
development/review of time-phased budgets following contract award
establishment of key performance metrics and milestones
ongoing reporting of Program(s) cost and schedule variances
drive program performance
lead program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules
partner with IPT members to execute baselining, Estimate to Completion (ETC), and change management processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field and requires a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and minimum of 7 years prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years prior related experience.
Experience with SAP Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with EVM Engine software.
Experience with an Accounting System of Record software.
