About the role

  • Financial Planning Administrator supporting clients and Associate Directors in a privately owned financial planning firm. Ensuring efficient coordination of activities, client meetings, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting an Associate Director and their clients, ensuring the smooth coordination of all related activities.
  • Preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining accurate and timely records across systems such as Intelliflo, and managing leads, prospects, and existing client relationships.
  • Communicating confidently across multiple channels and contributing to wider business projects that support growth and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A-C (6), or equivalent, to include Maths and English
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role within Financial Planning
  • Existing knowledge of Intelliflo or a similar customer relationship/financial management tool
  • Client facing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, numerical and IT skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Professional, ethical, and discreet
  • Ability to build and maintain ongoing client relationships.
  • Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
