Responsibilities
Supporting an Associate Director and their clients, ensuring the smooth coordination of all related activities.
Preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining accurate and timely records across systems such as Intelliflo, and managing leads, prospects, and existing client relationships.
Communicating confidently across multiple channels and contributing to wider business projects that support growth and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A-C (6), or equivalent, to include Maths and English
3 years’ experience in a similar role within Financial Planning
Existing knowledge of Intelliflo or a similar customer relationship/financial management tool
Client facing experience
Excellent interpersonal, listening, numerical and IT skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Professional, ethical, and discreet
Ability to build and maintain ongoing client relationships.
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
