About the role
- Take full ownership of creating and leading the product roadmap and setting success metrics and team goals
- Drive day-to-day operations, oversee execution, and proactively manage risks for your product domain
- Own product lifecycle from initial concept through launch and ongoing iterations
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and serve as primary point of accountability to the CEO
- Conduct research and gather user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities
- Establish and manage external partnerships with third parties critical to product success
- Have technical discussions with engineers and use analytics to guide product decisions, track performance metrics, and prioritize features
- Be a business owner responsible for the P&L of your product and your team’s performance
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or consumer tech startups
- Track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch
- Strong sense for finding user insights and designing beautiful user experiences
- Strong analytical skills and well versed with using SQL, BI tools and experimental design to make decisions
- Experience managing a team of direct reports and running multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to own P&L for a product and manage external partnerships
