Responsibilities
Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Chemin’s proprietary annotation platforms, tools, and core features.
Envision forward-looking solutions that address current and emerging challenges, exploring innovative ideas that push the product forward.
Translate business needs and market insights into actionable product plans, balancing strategic priorities with technical feasibility.
Partner closely with Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products from conception to deployment.
Build alignment across stakeholders, ensuring clarity in priorities, trade-offs, and timelines, guiding the team to focus on delivering the greatest impact and value.
Conduct research and gather user insights to shape a clear product direction and frame problem statements for the team.
Define the minimum viable solution that delivers user value and validates your assumptions quickly, shipping early and iterating quickly.
Anticipate market shifts and emerging technologies to ensure Chemin’s products remain competitive and future-proof in the market.
Define clear success metrics and use data-driven insights to evaluate product performance and inform iteration.
Champion product excellence by fostering collaboration, innovation, and a culture of ownership within your team.
Requirements
6-7 years of experience in product management with a track record of leading end-to-end product development, ideally within the AI and B2B tech industry or high-growth startups.
3-4 years of experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Leadership teams, and other stakeholders.
Strong technical understanding of platform architecture, scalability, and product lifecycle management, with experience in programming languages/frameworks.
A strategic thinker who can balance user needs, technical constraints, market insights, and complex business needs into clear, actionable outcomes.
Analytical and data-driven, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions, measure success, guide iteration, and refine strategy.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders around a clear product vision and roadmap.
Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced environments to adapt, prioritize, and execute with evolving priorities to build solid action plans.
Growth mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and tackling complex challenges to find innovative solutions to problems.
