About the role

  • Define and own the product roadmap for CaaS/BaaS aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Translate customer needs and market trends into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, engineering, compliance, and operations teams to deliver on commitments.
  • Launch and scale high-impact features to improve customer adoption, retention, and monetization.
  • Partner with Sales and Partnerships teams to support client onboarding and understand pain points.
  • Use customer insights, competitive research, and business data to guide prioritization.
  • Track product performance and KPIs — revenue contribution, activation rates, feature usage.
  • Run product discovery efforts, collect feedback, and iterate on product-market fit.
  • Support internal enablement with documentation, training, and go-to-market materials.
  • Champion a customer-first and outcome-driven product culture.
  • Responsible for product development, customer impact, growth, and business outcomes for embedded finance platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company in fintech, SaaS, or platform products.
  • Proven success delivering features that moved core business metrics (revenue, activation, retention).
  • Strong product sense and intuition for user needs and pain points.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to break down complex problems and align teams around clear goals.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable making decisions based on qualitative and quantitative inputs.
  • Strong analytical thinking and solid business sense guiding ROI-based prioritization.
  • Ability to craft and drive a focused product vision and communicate it to leadership, partners, and customers.
  • An eye for great UX and UI with understanding of design principles and user-centric product development.
  • (Nice-to-have) Experience with B2B or platform products (CaaS, BaaS, embedded finance preferred).
  • (Nice-to-have) Familiarity with customer lifecycle, onboarding flows, or revenue funnel optimization.
  • (Nice-to-have) Understanding of partner onboarding, pricing models, or commercial packaging.
  • (Nice-to-have) Comfortable presenting strategy, metrics, and product updates to leadership.
  • (Nice-to-have) Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action.
  • (Nice-to-have) Excitement to work at the intersection of banking, crypto, and emerging global financial infrastructure.
  • Work authorization: question in application about necessary work permits/visas to work legally in country of residence.
