Support and execute the analytics strategy for distribution products
Identify and lead AI-driven initiatives to enhance data accessibility, predictive insights, and automation across the platform
Establish and evolve a robust Management Information System (MIS) to support decision-making and performance tracking
Drive the development of new products and services tailored to the needs of distributors and asset managers
Collaborate with internal product teams to ensure alignment and integration across Clearstream’s broader ecosystem
Act as a key representative for Distribution Products in internal and external forums
Liaise with stakeholders across Management, Products, Sales & RM, Operations, Legal & Compliance to gather insights and translate them into actionable solutions
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years professional industry experience in Product Management
Master’s degree in a financial, business or science-related field
Proven experience in data analytics, product strategy, or distribution platforms within financial services
Strong understanding of front-end tools, data architecture, and AI applications
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
