About the role

  • Support and execute the analytics strategy for distribution products
  • Identify and lead AI-driven initiatives to enhance data accessibility, predictive insights, and automation across the platform
  • Establish and evolve a robust Management Information System (MIS) to support decision-making and performance tracking
  • Drive the development of new products and services tailored to the needs of distributors and asset managers
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to ensure alignment and integration across Clearstream’s broader ecosystem
  • Act as a key representative for Distribution Products in internal and external forums
  • Liaise with stakeholders across Management, Products, Sales & RM, Operations, Legal & Compliance to gather insights and translate them into actionable solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years professional industry experience in Product Management
  • Master’s degree in a financial, business or science-related field
  • Proven experience in data analytics, product strategy, or distribution platforms within financial services
  • Strong understanding of front-end tools, data architecture, and AI applications
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Self-motivated, resilient, can act independently, and collaborate well within a team-centric environment
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well-organized, accurate, proactive, conscientious, and resilient.
