Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, systems engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in process engineering
- Experience moving processes from paper to digital tools
- Experience collaborating with internal IT departments
- Experience designing systems with union collective bargaining agreements and labor relations sensitivities
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
