  • Defining and delivering industry-leading consumer insights from consideration to policy termination.
  • Owning and driving the long-term vision and strategy for insights driving the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Using customer/consumer data and insights, competitor activity, and market trends to guide strategic planning.
  • Evaluating and developing perspective on transformational customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction opportunities.
  • Defining, monitoring, and championing customer experience metrics, key drivers of, and return on experience and insights investments.
  • Collaborating with all levels of leadership and management to align priorities.
  • Partnering with product lines, marketing, corporate strategy, and enterprise partners to drive strategic alignment.
  • Driving consumer influence across the enterprise.
