About the role
- GenAI Specialist – Lead Consultant at Theta, shaping the future of Generative AI solutions for enterprises. Architect and deliver AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of GenAI solutions across text, image, and audio modalities.
- Build production-ready PoCs and integrate services using modern SDKs/APIs.
- Drive best practices in AI safety, performance tuning, and observability.
- Take ownership of secure and responsible AI development – including token/secret hygiene, PII protection, content safety, and prompt injection prevention
- Participate in activities and providing pre-sales demos, scope projects, and mentor both clients and consultants
- Contribute to and lead approved R&D initiatives and help shape Theta’s AI strategy.
Requirements
- Strong coding skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (C# a bonus).and modern SDKs/APIs
- Comfortable with tool‑calling/agent frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain) and evaluation pipelines.
- Proficiency with CI/CD, GitHub, and telemetry-driven optimisation.
- Familiarity with enterprise Copilot adoption and multimodal AI.
- Skilled in fine-tuning API-driven systems to balance performance and cost, using telemetry‑driven insights to guide optimisation
- Agile mindset with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
