About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the technical and commercial reference in the area, combining knowledge of legislation, product and processes to generate and expand revenue.
- Business expansion: Identify client needs, generate interest in new products/services, and create billable services from market gaps or legislative changes.
- Sales support: Assist sales with demos, POCs, tender/RFP analysis and pre-sales fit assessments.
- Consulting and training: Provide one-off and recurring consulting services, deliver presentations, conduct internal and external training, and upskill teams on legislation, product and business processes.
- Implementation: Lead and execute software implementation projects, focusing on legislation, business rules and client workflows.
- Team development: Identify and train future consultants, support team structuring and assist in drafting scopes for proposals.
- Management and alignment: Work with the product team for continuous solution improvement, manage your schedule with a focus on prospecting, record hours and stay up to date on legislation and the market.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields. Postgraduate degree or specialization in Tax Law, Fiscal matters or Business Management is a plus.
- Experience analyzing legislation and its impact on systems.
- Track record of creating new services or products.
- Experience working in technology companies focused on fiscal/tax solutions.
