About the role

  • Supervise the LCL process end-to-end
  • Manage LCL import and export operations, from booking to delivery
  • Handle entries, complete Bill of Lading (BoL) and sea freight documents
  • Supervise carrier booking transactions and follow up on billing
  • Maintain relationships with Maersk offices, customers, and vendors
  • Assist customers with queries and issues in Croatian or Slovenian and English
  • Data processing and reports

Requirements

  • Experience in managing import /export operations is a plus
  • Good English command and one between Czech and Croatian at mothertoungue level
  • Good communication skills
  • Detail orientation and hands-on approach
  • Issue resolution abilities, open to learning and accountable.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
