About the role

  • Lead the LATAM Compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and adaptation to local practices in each country.
  • Design and review fixed and variable compensation policies, short- and long-term incentive programs, and corporate benefits.
  • Develop governance and compliance frameworks for Compensation & Benefits (C&B), ensuring consistency, internal equity, and external competitiveness.
  • Lead regional compensation projects, incentive plan implementations, and salary review processes.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmarks to support strategic compensation decisions.
  • Coordinate salary surveys, cost analyses, and financial simulations.
  • Support the design and implementation of retention and recognition policies.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team and act as a business partner to regional leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in senior Compensation & Benefits roles, preferably in large multinational companies or in the consumer goods / pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Regional experience across Latin America and experience with integration and harmonization of policies between countries.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical tools; experience with compensation platforms (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry, etc.).
  • Fluent in English and advanced proficiency in Spanish.
