Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, maintaining strong business relationships and identifying new opportunities with existing and new clients
Actively working on new solutions and services together with Product management both on issuing and acquiring services
Lead client discussions, negotiations and partnership agreements while ensuring alignment with business objectives
Manage and negotiate business conditions with clients, contractual relationship and partnership with clients
Actively search for new clients and play an integral part in generating new sales that will enable Nexi a long lasting relationship
Collaborate with finance and executive management to verify product related business cases
Oversee major projects by establishing a link between Product and IT organization
Manage budget, forecast and financial planning for clients accounts – both externally and internally
Provide industry insights, best practices and knowhow sharing within the team and management
Keep clients informed on current industry trends, particularly regarding issuing and acquiring business
Requirements
University Degree or equivalent professional qualification
Sales track record with good understanding of finance and marketing business disciplines
Knowledge of card business both issuing and acquiring is a must
Working experience in Banking or Fintech
