Responsibilities
Independent management and dynamic development of the assigned sales territory
Proactive care of existing customer relationships and targeted acquisition of potential new customers
Consulting and sale of tailored IT, software and digitalization projects
Central role in the professional handling of public tenders
Preparation of accurate quotations and contracts as well as negotiation and closing of successful deals
Organization and participation in targeted events
Requirements
Solid, several years of sales experience in consulting and successfully selling ICT, ERP or DMS solutions
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent education with relevant practical experience
Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style with a strong focus on results
Strong communicator with an empathetic personality, pronounced initiative and enjoyment of customer interaction
Hands-on mentality: flexible, resilient, motivated and consistently solution-oriented
Professional demeanor combined with a convincing presence and strong impact in customer settings
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital affinity
Fluent written and spoken German, good knowledge of English; French and/or Italian are a plus
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently
Solid understanding of contract law (Swiss Code of Obligations - OR) and confidence in handling legal frameworks
Valid Category B driver's license
Experience working with public administrations, particularly with tendering processes, is a clear advantage
