About the role

  • Independent management and dynamic development of the assigned sales territory
  • Proactive care of existing customer relationships and targeted acquisition of potential new customers
  • Consulting and sale of tailored IT, software and digitalization projects
  • Central role in the professional handling of public tenders
  • Preparation of accurate quotations and contracts as well as negotiation and closing of successful deals
  • Organization and participation in targeted events

Requirements

  • Solid, several years of sales experience in consulting and successfully selling ICT, ERP or DMS solutions
  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent education with relevant practical experience
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style with a strong focus on results
  • Strong communicator with an empathetic personality, pronounced initiative and enjoyment of customer interaction
  • Hands-on mentality: flexible, resilient, motivated and consistently solution-oriented
  • Professional demeanor combined with a convincing presence and strong impact in customer settings
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital affinity
  • Fluent written and spoken German, good knowledge of English; French and/or Italian are a plus
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently
  • Solid understanding of contract law (Swiss Code of Obligations - OR) and confidence in handling legal frameworks
  • Valid Category B driver's license
  • Experience working with public administrations, particularly with tendering processes, is a clear advantage
