About the role

  • Key Account Manager managing relationships with major clients at Old Mutual. Ensuring service excellence and overseeing the REMchannel data collection process while providing consulting support.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivating and maintaining trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Delivering service excellence in line with the company’s standards and practices
  • Overseeing all aspects of the REMchannel data collection process
  • Offering both internal and external client support
  • Providing statistical and reporting insights for industry sessions and ad-hoc consulting engagements
  • Facilitating clear and effective communication between key clients and internal teams
  • Proactively resolving client issues and addressing complaints

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field of study
  • Up to 8 years of core reward consulting experience
  • Strong relationship-building and client engagement skills
  • Strategic thinking and business orientation
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience in project management and proposal development
  • Familiarity with REMsuite tools and consulting applications
  • Project management in order to meet survey and consulting timelines
