Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships on a daily basis, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive sales growth and increase revenue through strategic account management.
  • Oversee hiring of technical recruiting squads for clients in India, supporting their talent needs.
  • Support large and enterprise clients, providing tailored solutions and guidance.
  • Resolve client issues effectively and efficiently, maintaining high standards of service.
  • Represent Xenon7 professionally in all client interactions, embodying our values of innovation and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience in account management and/or sales
  • Experience managing enterprise client accounts
  • Experience owning a mix of new business and upsell/renewal sales motions
  • Experience supporting technical recruiting or overseeing hiring of technical recruiting squads for clients in India
  • Fluent English
  • Experience working on contracts or deals in the USD 100k range
  • Proficiency using Zoho CRM
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10%
