Responsibilities
Support the Sales Director Eastern and Northern Europe in developing the sales area and in strategic and operational tasks
Accompany and execute strategic and internal (sub-)projects for the sales organization
Prepare analyses, presentations, decision papers and status reports
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on sales-related matters
Coordinate collaboration and information exchange across regions
Maintain the CRM and manage stakeholder relationships
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in a sales environment, ideally in renewable energy
German and English skills at C1 level
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, motivation and communication strengths, and customer orientation
Goal- and results-oriented working style with a structured, organized approach
Proactivity and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas
