Partner with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support high-volume recruiting needs across Field Operations (Dealerships, Retail Stores, Service & Maintenance) and Corporate functions
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates using job boards, social media, community outreach, and other creative channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Schedule interviews across multiple locations and time zones, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring teams
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
Track and report on recruiting metrics such as candidates contacted, interview screens completed, candidate interviews scheduled with Senior Recruiter or Hiring Manager and candidate pipeline activity
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Workday, Phenom or other large ATS/CRM is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
