About the role

Responsibilities
- Execute administrative purchases, including office supplies, cleaning materials and other items;
- Monitor purchase approval workflows and maintain control of contracts and vendors;
- Record and track purchases of goods and services required for the company's operations;
- Reconcile purchase orders with quotes, contracts, invoices and deliveries;
- Perform basic accounting classifications (accounts payable, expenses, assets) according to the chart of accounts;
- Reconcile accounts payable and monitor discrepancies between invoices, receipts and payments;
- Support internal and external audits with purchasing documentation and controls;
- Participate in initiatives to improve purchasing processes and internal controls (risk reduction, segregation of duties, purchasing policies);
- Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements for the consortia sector;
- Develop administrative vendors.
Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge and experience in purchasing/procurement.
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
- Experience in the consortia market.
- Experience in the fintech sector.
