Responsibilities
Execute administrative purchases, including office supplies, cleaning materials and other items;
Monitor purchase approval workflows and maintain control of contracts and vendors;
Record and track purchases of goods and services required for the company's operations;
Reconcile purchase orders with quotes, contracts, invoices and deliveries;
Perform basic accounting classifications (accounts payable, expenses, assets) according to the chart of accounts;
Reconcile accounts payable and monitor discrepancies between invoices, receipts and payments;
Support internal and external audits with purchasing documentation and controls;
Participate in initiatives to improve purchasing processes and internal controls (risk reduction, segregation of duties, purchasing policies);
Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements for the consortia sector;
Develop administrative vendors.
Requirements
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge and experience in purchasing/procurement.
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
Experience in the consortia market.
Experience in the fintech sector.
Accounting/financial knowledge.
