About the role

  • Category Manager for Vitamins, Maternal and Supplements at Nestlé, focusing on sustainable growth across Caribbean territories. Utilizing insights to drive brand equity and market share.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the category agenda to ensure profitable and sustainable growth of VMS across all Caribbean territories
  • Align category and brand strategies with ZONE AMS guidelines
  • Develop consumer and healthcare professional insights to drive demand, brand equity, and market share
  • Identify business opportunities and formulate commercial strategies while adhering to the WHO Code, Nestlé policies, and local regulations
  • Achieve short, medium, and long-term business goals for brands/products by optimizing marketing investments across various activities
  • Manage all marketing mix variables
  • Allocate resources for market research to understand consumer, shopper, and healthcare professional needs
  • Work with trade marketing and sales teams to create effective pricing, distribution strategies, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and labeling requirements for VMS products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional duly trained in nutrition, dietetics, food engineering, healthcare sciences and experience in marketing
  • MBA preferred
  • 5 years + of proven experience in marketing and commercial area
  • Minimum basic knowledge in digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools
  • Project management skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
