About the role

  • Plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
  • Lead the implementation of creative event concepts, ensuring unique experiences and satisfied clients.
  • Build and maintain client relationships within your projects, provide tailored advice, and lead project meetings.
  • Coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan resource allocation for your project teams.
  • Prepare cost estimates for new proposals, monitor budgets, and handle project billing — including reporting and documentation.
  • Continuously develop our live, online, and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally some professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
  • Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and sound business acumen
  • Willingness and enthusiasm for travel
