Responsibilities
Plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
Lead the implementation of creative event concepts, ensuring unique experiences and satisfied clients.
Build and maintain client relationships within your projects, provide tailored advice, and lead project meetings.
Coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan resource allocation for your project teams.
Prepare cost estimates for new proposals, monitor budgets, and handle project billing — including reporting and documentation.
Continuously develop our live, online, and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
Ideally some professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficient with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and sound business acumen
Willingness and enthusiasm for travel
