About the role

  • Ensure AI integrations with CRM systems, call center software, and digital platforms
  • Analyze customer interaction data (call center records, chatbot logs, survey data, social media comments) to build models
  • Lead implementation of AI solutions such as chatbots and virtual assistants and collaborate with technical teams for integrations
  • Design AI-human interactions (triggers, routing rules, confidence thresholds) aligned with brand voice, privacy, and ethical standards
  • Analyze customer journeys in line with CX strategies and create improvement opportunities using AI
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate CX goals into technical solutions
  • Measure and report impact of AI applications (chatbots, recommendation systems, sentiment analysis) on customer interactions
  • Continuously test and refine AI tools using real customer data and quickly resolve issues to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage relationships with AI vendors, consultants, and external partners to maximize collaboration value
  • Analyze contribution of AI solutions to CX KPIs such as self-service rate, automation success, resolution time, and customer experience scores

Requirements

  • BS degree in Industrial Engineering departments
  • Min. 1 year of previous experience with customer experince projects (nice to have)
  • Previous experience with AI projects, hackathons, or personal AI experiments (strong plus)
  • Strong command of English to effectively follow technical literature
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, constantly changing atmosphere and prioritizing work appropriately
