About the role

  • You assist with the planning and procurement of travel services, with a particular focus on operational implementation
  • You maintain and create master data in the WBS Blank reservation system and perform test bookings
  • You prepare and provide travel information, coordinate corrections to marketing materials, manage online checks and maintain hotel lists
  • You monitor MTZ and contribution margins and ensure that the availability and data quality of travel offers are optimal
  • You communicate with service providers and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of trips
  • You conduct market analyses, monitor competitor offers and price comparisons to support product and pricing decisions

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training in tourism
  • You have experience using MS Office applications and WBS Blank and possess good English skills
  • You are characterized by a structured, careful and independent way of working
