Responsibilities
You assist with the planning and procurement of travel services, with a particular focus on operational implementation
You maintain and create master data in the WBS Blank reservation system and perform test bookings
You prepare and provide travel information, coordinate corrections to marketing materials, manage online checks and maintain hotel lists
You monitor MTZ and contribution margins and ensure that the availability and data quality of travel offers are optimal
You communicate with service providers and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of trips
You conduct market analyses, monitor competitor offers and price comparisons to support product and pricing decisions
Requirements
You have completed vocational training in tourism
You have experience using MS Office applications and WBS Blank and possess good English skills
You are characterized by a structured, careful and independent way of working
