Responsibilities
Perform the complete employment termination process (analysis, calculation, and verification).
Ensure compliance with legal deadlines for payments and delivery of mandatory documents.
Schedule and conduct termination homologations (in-person or electronic) with unions or competent bodies, when applicable.
Liaise with internal areas (Legal, Managers) to ensure alignment of offboarding processes.
Update and maintain termination records in systems and internal controls.
Issue and verify documents such as the Termination of Employment Statement (TRCT), FGTS statements and unemployment insurance forms.
Support internal and external audits by providing documents and information related to terminations.
Monitor changes in labor legislation related to terminations and propose adjustments to internal processes.
Provide support to employees with questions regarding the termination process.
Ensure timely submission of events to eSocial.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
Prior experience with terminations will be considered an advantage.
