Responsibilities
- As a Junior Operations Manager, you will own the core of our business: managing our real estate projects from initiation through completion.
- You ensure smooth daily project operations, balance the interests of technical specialists and property owners, and help our clients achieve cost-effective project success.
- Together with our founders, you will optimize planning processes and contribute to the company's strategic and operational development.
- Your three primary objectives in day-to-day work are (1) to complete ongoing projects efficiently and successfully, (2) to deliver the best possible outcomes for all stakeholders, and (3) to inform property owners about our full range of services.
Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience: Some experience in project management, customer success, or account management—ideally within the construction or real estate industry
- Resilience: Ability to remain calm in challenging situations, prioritize effectively, and find solutions
- Proactivity: Willingness to take ownership of challenges and implement solutions independently
- Organizational skills: Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring clear, efficient communication
