Responsibilities
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst to support the Institutional Sales team.
- Handle client account requests, reporting, and data integrity checks.
- Build Salesforce reports, Tableau dashboards, and process automations to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure smooth client support and scaling operational excellence.
- Conduct regular Salesforce data integrity checks to ensure consistency across systems.
- Prepare and distribute recurring institutional reports (e.g., Daily MM Report, client activity summaries).
- Deliver ad-hoc reporting and insights to sales and account managers.
- Partner with account managers, compliance, data, and finance teams to resolve operational requests.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or sales support (fintech/finance background preferred).
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce reporting required.
- Familiarity with Tableau (or other BI tools) strongly preferred.
- Interest or experience with workflow automation (Slack workflows, macros, scripts).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
