About the role

  • Manage systems: Oversee and maintain information systems and ensure smooth operation, including automations, integrations and business processes.
  • Collaborate on projects: Participate in cross-departmental projects, engaging with stakeholders and focal points to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Optimize processes: Continuously improve business processes using data-driven and methodological approaches to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Perform business analysis: Gather requirements, conduct testing, and communicate findings effectively to relevant teams and leadership.
  • Work with development teams: Partner closely with IT developers, project managers, and external partners to enhance and maintain the HRIS ecosystem.
  • Develop reports and controls: Create reports, monitoring tools, and efficient controls to ensure business continuity, accuracy, and operational effectiveness across Mobileye.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems
  • Proactive, independent, and ownership-driven approach to work.
  • Ability to optimize and automate workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to understand organizational needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering projects efficiently.
  • End-to-end implementation of information systems — advantage.
  • Technical advantage - Experience with Workday HCM, CRM, ATS, PowerPlatform systems - advantage.
