About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure the commissioning and operation of client servers
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 customer support (hosting and on‑premises for vendor applications)
- Perform installations and migrations for clients entirely remotely
- Manage clients' Oracle databases and systems (800 hosted virtual servers)
- Provide managed services (IT outsourcing)
- Produce documentation and implement ISO27001 processes as part of a continuous improvement approach

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Operating systems: Linux, Windows
- System administration: Apache, NGINX, Centreon, Java, OAuth2, LDAP
- Virtualization technologies: VMware
- Knowledge of one or more DBMS: Oracle, MySQL, etc.
- Scripting: Python, Bash, YAML
- Experience with containerization and automated deployment appreciated
- Client-facing skills and a collaborative mindset
