About the role

  • In close collaboration with our founding team, you will take responsibility for operational and strategic finance matters.
  • Financial structure & processes: You will help us build a functioning system for accounting, controlling and reporting.
  • Budget planning & forecasting: You will assist in creating and monitoring budgets, develop simple forecast models and analyze variances.
  • Payment management: Preparation, execution and documentation of payments to artists, employees and partners.
  • KPI analysis: You will identify and track relevant metrics to better understand our financial performance.
  • Fundraising & growth: If you wish, you can work with us on investor presentations, grant applications and financial strategies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
  • Some experience in accounting, controlling or start-ups (e.g., through internships or part-time jobs)
  • Interest in strategic finance and a desire to help shape things
  • Analytical thinking and a structured working style
  • Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets; experience with tools such as DATEV
  • Very good German skills and a hands-on mentality.
