About the role

  • E-Commerce Manager supporting daily operations of the online shop for Natsana’s dietary supplements. Collaborating across teams and optimizing e-commerce presence with strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the e-commerce team in the day-to-day operations of the online shop — from product maintenance and content creation to campaign implementation.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at developing and optimizing the e-commerce presence.
  • Analyze shop performance and user behavior to derive actions for conversion optimization.
  • Implement new features and functions in collaboration with the technology and UX teams.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Logistics, Customer Support and IT to ensure efficient processes.
  • Support the implementation of initiatives for customer activation and retention.
  • Bring forward your own ideas and continuously learn in the areas of e-commerce and digital sales.
  • Monitor sales figures for various products and plan future demand in close coordination with Marketing, CRM and Supply.
  • Keep the most important performance levers in view and collaborate to increase revenue and key webshop KPIs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Media or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial practical experience in e-commerce, online marketing or digital product management — e.g., through internships or working-student positions.
  • Digital affinity and a good sense for online trends and customer expectations.
  • Analytical thinking and structured, solution-oriented working methods.
  • Initial experience with shop systems (e.g., Shopify, Shopware) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is an advantage.
  • Independent and proactive working style with a hands-on mentality.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to make an impact together.
