About the role
- IT support technician providing technical assistance for Windows Server systems at Telefónica Tech. Collaborating on IT infrastructure updates and security compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for Windows Server operating systems.
- Manage user accounts, groups and permissions in Active Directory.
- Monitor and apply security updates and patches to systems.
- Assist in the administration of network services such as DNS, DHCP and GPOs.
- Document technical procedures, incidents and the solutions implemented.
- Collaborate with information security teams to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Support projects to improve and upgrade IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Preferred: Technical or university education in Information Technology or related fields (in progress or completed)
