About the role

  • Conduct internal audits and assist in maintaining team compliance
  • Manage the Drata instance alongside the Cybersecurity Lead
  • Respond to information security and cybersecurity questionnaires from clients
  • Assist in preparation for upcoming audits, including ISO 27001 and SOC2
  • Maintain compliance documentation, evidence libraries, and support security operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure security policies, training, and device compliance are up to date
  • Support ongoing initiatives to maintain and improve the organization's cybersecurity posture

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity, governance, and compliance concepts
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable learning and using compliance tools such as Drata
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • Proactive attitude, willing to ask questions and learn on the job
  • Nice-to-Have: Previous experience in security operations, audits, or compliance
  • Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC2, or similar frameworks
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience interacting with clients regarding security or compliance
