About the role
- Review and moderate German-language content (text, images, videos, profiles, etc.) according to company policies.
- Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates community standards or legal requirements.
- Maintain high attention to detail while processing and classifying sensitive material.
- Escalate complex issues to senior moderation or policy teams when needed.
- Ensure all decisions are made in line with cultural, social, and political awareness of the German-speaking market.
- Collaborate with team members and share feedback to continuously improve moderation accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent German (C2 level) and Good English (B2 level or above).
- Strong awareness of German cultural, social, and political context to ensure accurate and sensitive content evaluation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of information.
- Strong communication, empathy, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates must be currently based in Sofia, Bulgaria. (Only local applicants will be considered.)
