- Handle complex billing for national and international clients at a top Brazilian law firm. Collaborate with partners and staff regarding timesheet management and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices for national and international clients, including complex billings, by drafting text that accurately conveys the information reported on timesheets;
- Submit international billing information using clients' electronic systems (e-billings);
- Provide support to international clients;
- Advise partners, attorneys and trainees regarding timesheet debits, analyzing the best way to record entries to ensure clear understanding for the client;
- Support partners with requests to prepare and analyze reporting/summary reports;
- Prepare control reports related to the billing area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or a related field;
- Experience in billing and with pre-invoices in service companies (law firms, accounting firms, audit firms, etc.);
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook);
