About the role
- Junior Accounting Specialist maintaining business customer employee data at Zalaris in Riga, LV. Focused on payroll data input and handling service requests through SAP systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain business customer employee data, including new hires, updates, terminations and tax details
- Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses and new salaries)
- Absence and attendance registration and handling
- Compiling reports for customer
- Handling service requests through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C)
- Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position
Requirements
- Fluency in German and strong command of English
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Tech-savvy with eagerness to work with advanced systems like SAP
